ITS Global Engagement is pleased to announce the Student Exchange Program to Chulalongkorn University for the Fall Semester 2026. This program provides an excellent opportunity for ITS students to study at one of Thailand’s leading universities while experiencing a new academic and cultural environment.

Program Details

• Semester Period: January – May 2026
• Eligible Students: Batch 2023

English Proficiency Requirements

TOEFL

• iBT: 79
• CBT: 213
• PBT: 550

IELTS

• Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences: Minimum 6.5 overall, with at least 6.0 in each band (varies by program)
• Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Sciences & Technology: Minimum 6.0 overall, with at least 5.5 in each band (varies by program)

• Two reference letters from academic advisors
• Official Academic Transcript (English version)
• Certificate of Enrollment (English version)
• Valid English proficiency score record (as above)
• Copy of passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the exchange period)
• Statement of Purpose (500-800 words)
• List of preferred courses at Chulalongkorn University
• Signed consent agreement (Download Form)
• Learning Agreement & Statement Letter (Download here)
• GCW Non-Degree Certificate / Result Test (Min C or 80) – Only for S1 applicants
• Parental Support Statement (in Bahasa, confirming financial & mental support – no format required)

Fees & Expenses

Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are waived by Chulalongkorn University under the exchange agreement. However, students must continue paying tuition fees to ITS.

• Student uniforms (for undergraduate level)

Chula Group Health Insurance Fee
All international students enrolling for at least one semester are required to pay 2,000 THB per academic year. This insurance covers in-patient (IPD) and out-patient (OPD) medical expenses, including COVID-19 treatment. Payment is made via CU NEX Application.

On-Campus Housing – CU iHOUSE

Room Types (Studio 25 sq.m.)

• Single and twin bedrooms available

Monthly Rent

• 1–5 months contract: THB 15,000 (~USD 490) per month
• 6–12 months contract: THB 14,000 (~USD 450) per month

Additional Information

• A one-month deposit and one-month rental fee must be paid in advance (excluding water and electricity).
• Students must bring their own bedding (pillows, blankets, and personal items).

   • All files must be in PDF format and compiled into one .zip/.rar file.
2. After submitting the form, send a confirmation email to studyabroad@its.ac.id with the subject:
