A Semester Exchange at HSE University – Saint Petersburg, Russia Fall/Autumn Semester 2024

Dear ITS Students,

HSE University, Saint Petersburg, Russia would like to inform you that the registration for a semester exchange application for Fall Semester 2024 (intake September 2024 – December 2024) is open.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Germany including roundtrip flight ticket, visa, quarantine and insurance. Students also need to pay attention with the entry regulations to enter Russia. The students must gather information by their own including the funding trip. 

All courses are open to exchange students, provided that the student complies with course prerequisites and language requirements. The first two weeks of each semester is the period when changes in the student’s study plan are possible. For more information please see Course selection process section on our website. Exchange students normally take a workload of up to 30 ECTS per semester.

HSE University – Saint Petersburg offers all exchange students an opportunity to stay in a brand new student dormitory at affordable rates. Places in the dormitory are limited and we disseminate them on first come first served basis, so early accommodation application is required. To lean more, please check out our website.

This program open for ITS Students Diploma/S1 batch 2021 and also S2 all batch. ITS Students S1 must take and transfer maximum credit opportunity.

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare:

1. CV
2. Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages)
3. Learning Agreement (Download it here bit.ly/its-student-exchange). Please kindly fill department coordinator with the signature head of department/coordinator academic at your department. Please leave it blank at Institutional Coordinator
4. Official Academic Transcript in English version
5. A Valid English Proficiency English Test certifictae (You can use TOEFL with minimum Score is 500, or IBT 87, IELTS 6.0). Screenshoot score from web UPT Bahasa and TOEFL prediction are not acceptable
6. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
7. Scanned Valid Passport (validity minimum 18 month prior to September 2024)

9. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C), GCW IUP Basic, GCW IUP Advanced, or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80
10. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

The incomplete application will not processed by Study Abroad Team.

If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_HSE_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline extended until 19 April 2024 ( 09.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 19 April 2024 (13.30).
