We are pleased to announce that the Fall 2025 Semester Exchange Program at ESME Paris is now open for registration. The tuition fee is waived, but selected students must cover other expenses, including:

  • Learning materials

  • Round-trip airfare

  • Travel insurance

  • Accommodation

  • Daily living costs

Eligibility

  • S1 (Undergraduate): ITS Students, Batch 2022 and 2023

  • S2 & S3 (Postgraduate): All batches


Buddy Program

ESME’s International Office provides a Buddy Program to help international students integrate into academic and social life on campus.


Accommodation

ESME does not offer on-campus housing, but the Housing and International Offices provide support in finding suitable options such as shared flats, studios, or host families through trusted providers.


Estimated Living Expenses in Paris

  • Accommodation: €500 – €1000/month

  • Public transport pass: €75/month

  • Food: €150/month

  • Social activities: €60/month

  • Cultural visits: €15/month

  • Mobile phone plan: €10/month


Immigration and Travel Regulations

Students are responsible for checking visa and entry requirements with the French Embassy or Campus France in their home country.

As of February 12, 2022:

  • Vaccinated students do not need to take a COVID-19 test before departure.

  • Unvaccinated students must present a negative test and may be subject to additional requirements, depending on their country’s classification (Green/Orange list).

Required Documents (in PDF, compiled into one .zip or .rar file)

  1. Curriculum Vitae (max 2 pages)

  2. University transcript in English (GPA > 3.0 out of 4.0)

  3. Passport copy (valid at least one year from program start)

  4. English proficiency certificate: CEFR B2 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL iBT 65 / TOEIC 600

  5. Motivation letter (max 2 pages; include reasons for course choices)

  6. Statement letter (download: bit.ly/its-student-exchange)

  7. Learning Agreement (download: bit.ly/its-student-exchange (signed by applicant and Head of Dept)

  8. Latest formal photo (JPG format)

  9. GCW Non-Degree Certificate (min. grade C) or GCW Test result (min. score 80)

  10. Parental support letter in Bahasa (confirming both financial and emotional support)

Incomplete applications will not be processed.
