Tohoku University open the application for Tohoku University Japanese Program (TUJP) Online. Tohoku University Japanese Program (TUJP) is a short program designed to improve your Japanese proficiency and deepen your understanding of Japan. The program consists of intensive Japanese lessons with many hands-on activities to practice Japanese. In addition, there are interactive lessons on traditional and modern Japanese culture and society. Credits of this program is 3ECTS equivalent. The program will be held on:

🗓Date : 20 June – 1 July 2022

⏰Time: 11.50 PM – 03.00 AM (GMT+7)

The program’s fee is JPY 30,000 (approx. USD 260)*

Note*:

* The payment instructions will be given in the Admission  Notification email.
* The program fee must be paid via our online payment system. (accepted credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and AMERICAN EXPRESS)
*The program fee is non-refundable.
*Processing charge (JPY 950) will be added.

Application Deadline: 31 May, 14.59 pm (GMT+7)
Admission  Notification Date: 2 June
Payment  Deadline: 6 June 14.59 pm (GMT+7)

ITS Student only allowed to apply via ITS GE.

Here are the documents that you need to prepare to join this program:

  1. CV (please make sure you mentioned your birthdate, phone number & email at your cv)
  2. Scanned of passport information page (if any)
  3. Scanned of ITS Students card (Untuk Maba 2021, boleh melampirkan screenshoot biodata diri dari sim akademik anda)
  4. Short motivation letter (maximum 2 pages), please kindly mentioned your name, nrp and courses choices in the opening of your motivation letter.
  5. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange , you don’t need to change anything except replace signature of your Head of Dept with your parents signature)

ITS GE will not process the late or incomplete applications

For ITS Students who are  interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents  to Mr. Ade at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : TUJP_Name_NRP maximum on May 23, 2022 (13.00 WIB).  The interview will be held by online on May 24, 2022 (13.00 – end)
