Virtual Exchange Program at LPU Batangas Spring 2022

Lyceum of The Philippines University (LPU) Batangas opens a virtual student exchange program for Spring 2022 intake (14 Feb – 23 June 2022) for ITS students. The tuition fee for this program is waived and a physical presence in Philippines is not required since this program will be running online.

Schedule of Virtual Mobility Program and Academic Calendar

  • Enrollment Period- January 30, 2022 – February 12, 2022
  • Midterm Examinations- April 6-8, 2022
  • Mental Health Break- April 11-16, 2022
  • Final Examinations- June 15-16, 20- 23, 2022
  • Preparation and Submission of Grades- June 24- 30, 2022
  • Releasing/ Viewing of Online Grades- July 1, 2022

Academic Terms:

  • No. of teaching week in a semester: 17 weeks
  • 1 credit is equivalent to 1 lecture hour of contact per week.
  • Minimum credits to be taken: 6 credits.
  • Maximum credits to be taken: 9 credits.
  • Example of total number of contact hours in a semester. for each module: 51 hours (3 credits x 1 hour x 17 weeks)

Available courses can be viewed at www.lpubatangas.edu.ph under Academics tab and then you need to check the course in each dept. The students can only choose course from one departement 

This program is only open for ITS Students Diploma & S1 batch 2018 , 2019 & 2020  from any departments. The student must do transfer credit min 1 courses except batch 2018. The students form batch 2018 can join without credit transfer.

Required documents:

  1. CV
  2. Academic Transcript in English version
  3. Scanned Passport (if any) –> you may replace with your scanned of KTP
  4. Passport size photograph
  5. Scanned of ID Students
  6. Study Plan(One Page A4), Please mentioned clearly  your course selections
  7. Valid certificate of TOEFL/EFL/IELTS (screenshoot of TEFL score from UPT Bahasa website) Batch 2020 can use EFL from Dirpendik
  8. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
  9. Learning agreement  (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) –> (Only for applicant who would like to do credit transfer)
  10. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80
  11. Passport size Photo / 2×2 cm photo witn plain background

Please send all of the soft copy of required documents to Mr. Ade & Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : VirtualExchange_LPUBatangas_Name_NRP  no later than  10 Jan 2022 (13.00 WIB). The online interview selection will be held on  11 Jan 2022 around 14.00 – 18.30WIB
