Dear ITS Students,
Due to the current Covid-19 developments and the unforeseeable possibilities for a complete on-campus program in Lingen, the University Lingen has decided to offer Summer University Lingen (SUL) virtually this year. The theme of SUL 2021 is “Let’s Get Productive: Discovering Business and Technology Made by German Hidden Champions”.
The goal of the Summer University is to analyze the key success factors of the Mittelstand and to gain insight into their operations and management features. A unique feature of the SUL is the practical and interactive part: participants and committee will meet online with representatives of Mittelstand companies and will engage in team and project work. During the week together, students will be paired in teams to develop actual business strategies and work on business challenges. At the end of the week, students have the chance to present their project in front of company representatives.
The university offers participants:
· a small virtual classroom and a great learning environment
· dedicated professors and staff and a great support team
· networking with company representatives
· lots of interaction, teamwork and of course fun
The SUL will take place: August 22 until August 27, 2021.
The application deadline: June 1, 2021
Program fee: EUR 320.
