Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Intake Fall Semester (Sept 2019 – Jan 2020) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, accommodations and living expenses in Malaysia including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees & Insurance.

– D3, D4 & S1 min batch 2017
– S2 all batch
– Have a good english (oral & written )
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. Aplication form –> undergraduate or postgraduate
2. Credit Transfer form (Please fill with the course that you will take and the list courses in ITS that can be transferred. Please also get signed from your head of department in the home university approval section.

3. A copy of ALL pages of passport (with validity of more than 12 months)
4. A passport size photographs with white background (45mm high X 35mm wide) with digital size more than 500kb (JPEG). Please refer to (https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/how-to-apply/passport-photo-guidelines.html/) for the passport photo guidelines
5. An Official Academic Transcript in English version
6. A Valid English Proficiency English Test ( You can use TOEFL/EFL with minimum Score is 450, or IBT/IELTS who equal with TOEFL 450)
7 One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
8. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
