ICETEX Graduate Scholarships for Foreigners in COLOMBIA 2018

Dear ITS Students,

 

The Government of the Republic of Colombia offers a full postgraduate (specialization, master, and post-doctoral) program scholarship through Colombian Institute for Student Loans and Study Abroad (ICETEX) 2018. This program offers financial grants to foreign citizens with in return for international cooperation received by Colombia under existing cooperation agreements.

The scholarship program will cover the following expenses:

  1. Full tuition fee the whole academic period
  2. Health insurance in Colombia during academic period
  3. $208.853COP for once during the period of studies (incidental).
  4. $401.321COP for books and materials per academic year
  5. $401.321COP for once since the academic program starts
  6. $2.343.726 COP  for monthly allowance

The brief description for application requirements are:

  1. Prove minimum one year experience in their field of study, after obtaining the degree.
  2. The candidate must have successfully completed college.
  3. The academic program should start in the second semester of 2018. Admission to programs starting in 2019 will not be contemplated.
  4. The candidate must be in a range of age between 25-49 years old.
  5. Applications from foreign citizens who are living in Colombia will not be accepted
  6. The documents must arrived through the embassies or directly to the International Relations Office of ICETEX in Bogotá-Colombia before the 1 st June 2018.
