The Kobe University MEXT Scholarship 2018 is open for recruitment. The applicant will be a "Research Student" instead of regular student when accepted in this scholarship. The applicant also need to find the professor in the target university and gain the professor's approval of the acceptance.
The applicants should send every documents related to their application via email first and then via Airmail. Please note that applicants SHOULD send the physical documents via Airmail. The deadline for the documents to arrive is 12 January 2018
