In connection with the implementation of Research and Community Service by ITS Lecturers / Education Personnel, we hereby inform you that for the Signing of Research and Community Service Contracts, we are trying to implement Physical Distancing. In this regard, we convey the following:
1. Types of Contracts that can be signed:
a. ITS Fund Research b. Community Service ITS Funds c. Research on Decentralization of Kemenristek/BRIN Funds d. National Competitive Research Fund Kemenristek/BRIN e. Community Service Funds Kemenristek/BRIN
2. Lecturers/Educational Personnel who receive funding can download the Contract file in their respective SIMPel ITS accounts.
3. Contract files are printed in color, then stamped and signed. The procedure guide via SIMPel ITS can be accessed at https://intip.in/mekanismekontraksimpel
4. The signed file is submitted to the ITS DRPM office a maximum of Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 15.00 WIB or per post addressed to:

The ITS DRPM office serves receipt of contract file collection according to working hours at 08.00-15.00 WIB.
