Based on the Letter of Agreement on Funding for the Implementation of Research and Community Service Funds for ITS FY 2020 Article 7 paragraph 3 and paragraph 4, we hereby respectfully request that you please convey to the implementers of these activities in their respective work units (list attached), to upload and submit the 2020 ITS Fund Research and Community Service (Abmas) Report by taking into account the following:

1. Research Report Documents:

• a. Progress Report (Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
• b. Final Diary (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
• c. Final Report (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy of 1 (one) copy);
• d. Original Shopping Responsibility Statement (SPTB) with a stamp duty of Rp. 6000 (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy of 1 (one) copy);
• e. Copy of 100% Financial Statement (Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
• f. Activity Outcomes (Upload SIMPel).

2. Abmas Report Documents:

• a. Progress Report (Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
• b. Final Diary (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
• c. Final Report (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy of 1 (one) copy);
• d. Original Shopping Responsibility Statement (SPTB) with a stamp duty of Rp. 6000 (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy of 1 (one) copy);
• e. 100% Original Financial Report (Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
• f. Activity Outcomes (Upload SIMPel).

3. Report Format and Daily Notes (Log Book) can be downloaded at https://intip.in/unduhtemplatelaporan
4. The procedure for uploading a Report and Statement of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) via SIMPel can be downloaded ati https://intip.in/kumpulanpanduan
5. The deadline for uploading via SIMPel ITS is no later than November 30, 2020, 23.59 WIB.
6. Collection of hardcopy Reports and Statements of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) submitted to the respective departments/work units no later than November 30, 2020. Then they can be sent to the ITS DRPM collectively.
7. The completeness of the report documents is a requirement in the issuance of a Certificate of having carried out research / community service activities for the 2020 ITS Fund.
