• Online Services (WA Service and Service Desk): Monday to Friday. Friday, 08.00 – 16.00 WIB
• Office Services (DPTSI Office, Research Center Building 4th Floor ITS): Wednesday and Thursday, 08.00 – 16.00 WIB
