ITS provides licensed Zoom software that can be used for academic purposes by the ITS academic community. There are two types of Zoom licenses available for users. The first is a standard license that is already linked to each user account, allowing up to 300 participants. The second is a large meeting license that can accommodate up to 1,000 participants. Requests for the large meeting license can be submitted through the Webinar Booking application available on the myITS Portal. The user guide can be accessed through the following link:
