The ITS Medical Center is a concrete manifestation of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology’s (ITS) commitment to the well-being of its academic community, including students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding community. Starting as the ITS Health Clinic, which has been operating since 1982, this facility officially evolved into the ITS Medical Center in 2006.
The ITS Medical Center now offers a wider range of healthcare services: from routine checkups and basic treatment to emergency services and health education. Its presence not only supports a healthy and conducive campus environment but also provides access to quality healthcare for the people of East Surabaya. Furthermore, the ITS Medical Center is supported by reliable and experienced healthcare professionals who are equipped to address health issues within their areas of expertise.
General clinics provide direct medical consultations and physical examinations by general practitioners. They handle patients’ initial complaints and refer them to specialist clinics if necessary.

The Emergency Unit at ITS Medical Center is ready to provide immediate medical care for urgent conditions that require immediate attention.
Our dental clinic offers dental and oral health services, such as checkups, cleanings, cavity treatment, and other services. All services are handled directly by professional dentists. Opening Hours: Monday- Friday: 08.00-15.00
MCHC focuses on maternal and child health services. Services provided include 2D ultrasounds, Pap smears, breast self-exams, and other maternal-child health services. Opening Hours: Monday – Friday : 08.00-15.00
The psychology clinic at ITS Medical Center provides mental health services including psychological evaluations, individual counseling, couples and family therapy, and other mental health support. Opening Hours: Monday – Friday : 08.00-15.00
ITS Medical Center Pharmacy provides prescription medications and other health-related products to all clinic users.
