Master Degree – FAQ

We recommend choosing the Professional Distance Learning path because lectures are held in the afternoon at 18.00 – finished. However, for Thesis Proposal Seminar and Thesis Seminar, it is required to present them at the Department of Mechanical Engineering.

  1. Candidates fill in registrant data on the smits.its.ac.id link (to get KAP and PIN)
  2. Candidates will be invited to a WhatsApp group by an academic staff for more information about the written test and interview.
  3. When the Rectors Decree regarding the new student admissions has come out (can be viewed at postgraduate.its.ac.id), new students are required to re-register at sipmaba.its.ac.id.

There are seven laboratories, namely:

  1. Thermal Engineering and Energy Systems Laboratory
  2. Fluid Mechanics and Machinery Laboratory
  3. Solid Mechanics Laboratory
  4. Vibration and Automotive Systems Engineering Laboratory
  5. Metallurgy Laboratory
  6. System and Control Engineering Laboratory
  7. Production Engineering Laboratory.

Student must have a Supervising Lecturer in the second semester.
