The Department of Naval Architecture (DoNA), which was established in 1960 as one of the founding department in Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), has long contributed to Indonesian maritime industries through graduating more than 2300 professional naval architects and research in naval architecture field. DoNA provides a comprehensive higher education in naval architecture. The department is the oldest naval architecture department in the region (ASEAN) and has obtained a “A” grade from the BAN PT and also obtain certification from the international agency AUN-QA and IABEE.
