In institutional management there are 3 approaches, namely: calculus, historical, and socialist. there are 1 successful institution, namely Kartamantul (Jogja, Sleman and Bantul) with a socialist approach because it starts from the cultural 3 regional governments to gather together so they can understand the problems and find solutions. The participants (students) also understood the importance of a balanced role from the government, the private sector and the community in developing the region.
