Development and Urban Design Laboratory

The Urban Development & Design Laboratory is one of the laboratories in the ITS Surabaya Regional & City Planning Department which is a forum for interaction between academics both lecturers and students who have interests and expertise in urban development & urban design.

The City Lab towards Lab-Based Education is supported by various activities related to the field of teaching, research and community service to create the synergy of the three components of the Higher Education Tri Dharma in the Laboratory.

The concentration of the field of research and studies carried out by the Town Planning Laboratory is more towards urban design and the shape of urban buildings.

Objective: It is hoped that cities will have a harmonious, harmonious and balanced environment, make a city healthy, comfortable as a place to live and perform, and make a sustainable urban environment for the next generation.
