During its implementation, the INI LHO ITS program ran smoothly and received positive responses from visitors who attended every day. Most of the participants were school students in Surabaya who were enthusiastic about getting to know the ITS Library facilities better. Participants were guided directly by librarians in a library tour, starting from the Migas Corner on the 1st floor to the circulation services on the 5th floor. Through this activity, the ITS Library hopes that the public will increasingly understand that libraries not only function as places for reading, but also as spaces for adaptive knowledge development oriented towards user needs.
