Launching Double Degree MB ITS-UWE Bristol

On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the Business Management Department of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), in collaboration with UWE Bristol, officially launched the Double Degree Program. This program allows students to complete three years of study at ITS and continue with one year at UWE Bristol, enabling them to graduate with dual degrees: S.M. and B.A. (Hons).

The launching event was attended by ITS leadership, including the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Creative Design and Digital Business, Muhammad Saiful Hakim, Ph.D., as well as the Head of the Business Management Department, Berto Mulia Wibawa, Ph.D., along with other department leaders. The event was also attended offline by representatives of UWE Bristol in Indonesia, namely Trifty Qurrota Aini (Country Manager for Indonesia) and Jazi Jannati (Regional Marketing Manager – UK & Europe Specialist, Yes Education Group). Additionally, Gael Milligan (Deputy Partnership Manager for Asia Pacific) joined the event online.

This collaboration marks a strategic milestone as the 10th double degree partner for the Business Management Department at ITS, and notably, the first partner from the United Kingdom, complementing the previous nine international partners.

During the presentation session, UWE Bristol highlighted the advantages of studying in the UK, including the high quality of education, the dynamic environment of Bristol, and global career opportunities. The session also covered various business program options (top-up degrees), modern campus facilities, academic support services, and post-graduation employment opportunities in the United Kingdom. Students were given insights into student life before and after graduation, including potential salary prospects, academic challenges, and the experience of studying in a multicultural environment.

The study programs offered by UWE Bristol include:

• BA (Hons) Business and Management
• BA (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management
• BA (Hons) Business Management with Accounting and Finance
• BA (Hons) Business Management with Marketing
• BA (Hons) International Business Management

In addition, UWE Bristol introduced various supporting programs such as the International Summer School, interactive academic activities, and international student communities that enrich students’ global experience.

This Double Degree Program offers several benefits, including:
