Teen-Ideas 2020 is the first project between partner universities, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, Indonesia, and Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). Teen-Ideas adopts the grand theme of “New Normal in Varsity Campus: Implementing Novel Technology in the Post COVID-19 Pandemic” to reflect on the pandemic situation and academic institutions’ aim to adapt. This student virtual mobility program consists of 2 types of events, event type A and event type B. Event type A consists of insightful lectures on the latest technologies that can be implemented to solve or better improve the current covid19 conditions, which will be delivered by faculty members of ITS and UniMAP. While event type B composes of student group presentations on their bright ideas of utilizing the latest technologies to overcome the current covid-19 conditions in different sectors, which will be followed by Q&A session, with questions from audiences and reviewers, and then ended with a voting session on the best presentation. Each participant group consist of 3 students from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and 3 students from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). Event type A is implemented for Meeting 1 and Meeting 4, as for event type B is implemented for Meetings 2, 3, 5, and 6.

Participants of Virtual Mobility Program: Teen-Ideas 2020 have the opportunity to share thoughts and ideas among the brilliant minds of university members and students of partner university, present innovative ideas to experts, as well as an e-certificate of participation of international scale forum. Exclusive for participants from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), best group participants will be awarded Singapore Study Excursion scholarship. On the other hand, audiences of Virtual Mobility Program: Teen-Ideas 2020 will acquire experiences in an international forum with partner university and the program’s e-certificate of participation. Exclusive for audiences from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), five best audiences will be rewarded merchandise. All selected participants and audiences of Teen-Ideas 2020 are expected to attend and actively participate in all meetings of the program.
