INTERWEAVE – Erasmus Mundus

Brief overview

INTERWEAVE is an ERASMUS MUNDUS (EMA2 strand1) consortium cooperation funded by the European Commission, coordinated by Ecole Centrale de Nantes and jointly coordinated by the University of Malaya. It has 20 member universities from Asia and ten member universities from Europe, and 2 association institution. The aim of INTERWEAVE project is to foster structured cooperation between European and Asian higher Education Institutions (HEIs), through the promotion of mobility for students, doctoral candidates, researchers, academic and administrative staff.

Members

The INTERWEAVE Project is jointly coordinated by Ecole Centrale de Nantes, France and by University Malaya (UM) in Malaysia and composed of 20 members: 10 EU partners from Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain, and 10 Asian partners from Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal and Thailand, plus 2 associated partners (T.I.M.E. Association and ICBT in Sri Lanka).
