Here are the requirements that you need to prepare to join this program:

  1. Scanned of passport information page (with minimum validity 1 year per October 2024)
  2. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange , you don’t need to change anything, except replace signature of your Head of Dept with your parents signature.
  3. Certificate of English Proficiency Test (if any)
  4. Committed to pay the registration fee and actively participate in all program activities from the beginning to the end.

Scholarship Available

Only for selected students, we are also offering a scholarship* to support your participation in this program! Those who are willing to get the scholarship, they have to collect certain number of Stamp-4-It. Please read the regulation on this link its.id/m/Stamp4It2023

(Students who are selected for the scholarship are required to submit a travel book in order to initiate the claims process. The scholarship funds will be disbursed using a reimbursement system upon submission and verification of the travel book.)

Credit Earnings

Students who are eager to earn credits must attend a minimum of three Guest Lecture Series on SDGs organized by ITS GE. The schedule for the Guest Lecture Series on SDGs will be announced. Students who attend more than three Guest Lecture Series on SDGs will earn Stamp-4-It that can be used to claim for their next international funding support.

This is a 10-day programme which offers participants a unique opportunity to explore the Sustainability challenges at stake for SME’s for today and tomorrow.

It is intended for international students willing to boost their business skills, enhance their knowledge of this strategic issue and help them to gain a better understanding of the challenges in Sustainability.

Participants will receive 5 credits (ECTS) upon successful completion of the programme.
  • INDIVIDUAL POSTER SESSION: Participants will be invited to prepare and present a « poster » showing a selected brewing company (from own country of origin or studies) and its sustainable activities/developments focusing on circular economy.  Further information will follow.
  • GROUP CHALLENGE: By groups of 4-5 students (from different nationalities), based on the skills and knowledges acquired during the lectures & field visits, students will work together with the objective of developing a sustainable strategy for a chosen company. Further information will follow.

  • Day 0 –  Arrival
  • Day 1 –  Participating in Global EPICS – Arizona State University
  • Day 2 –  Lecture & Lab Visit 1
  • Day 3 –  Museum Visit
  • Day 4 –  Lecture & Lab Visit 2
  • Day 5 –  Exploring Grand Canyon National Park
  • Day 6 –  Departure to Indonesia

Registration Fee & Estimated Expenses

The registration fee is IDR 10.000.000 and should be paid to ITS GE.

The registration fee includes:

  • Program fee
  • Accommodation (6 night, 2 person per room/AirBnB House)
  • Emergency fee

(Round-trip flight tickets, visa fee, daily meals, daily transportation, and other personal expenses are excluded)

For your reference, we have provided estimated expenses for a one-week trip to Arizona State University, USA. (These are personal expenses and do not need to be paid to ITS GE.)
