At ITS Global Engagement, we believe that international exposure is a crucial aspect of education. To offer this valuable experience to students, we are excited to announce the Communal Excursion Study  2023!

This is an opportunity for students from all departments of all batches (Undergraduate, Post-Graduate) to explore more about universities, culture, and technology around Asia!

Feel free to choose one of these destination: Japan, Taiwan, or Singapore!

Here are the requirements that you need to prepare to join this program:

  1. Scanned of passport information page (with minimum validity 1 year per October 2023)
  2. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange , you don’t need to change anything, except replace signature of your Head of Dept with your parents signature.
  3. Certificate of English Proficiency Test (if any)
  4. Committed to pay the registration fee and actively participate in all program activities from the beginning to the end.

    *Note: on-site visits to Japan, Singapore, or Taiwan do not satisfy the minimum credit-hour requirements for obtaining 3 credits. Therefore, students who are interested to earn credits must actively engage in various programs organized by ITS GE to fulfill the required credit-hour for achieving 3 credits. The credit can be claimed through these courses: “Wawasan dan Aplikasi Teknologi” (3 credits), or ” Wawasan Global” (2 credits).

Registration open from September 1 – September 18, 2023

Registration instruction:

  2. Do not forget to capture or keep the transfer receipt
  3. Fill in this form https://its.id/Reg-SECommunal2023 and upload all of the necessary documents
  4. Submit the form
  5. You will receive further instruction on email

Scholarship Available

Only for selected students, we are also offering a scholarship* to support your participation in this program! Those who are willing to get the scholarship, they have to collect certain number of Stamp-4-It. Please read the regulation on this link its.id/m/Stamp4It2023
*Terms and conditions are applied

(Students who are selected for the scholarship are required to submit a travel book in order to initiate the claims process. The scholarship funds will be disbursed using a reimbursement system upon submission and verification of the travel book.)

Credit Earnings

Students who are eager to earn credits must attend a minimum of three Guest Lecture Series on SDGs organized by ITS GE. The schedule for the Guest Lecture Series on SDGs will be announced. Students who attend more than three Guest Lecture Series on SDGs will earn Stamp-4-It that can be used to claim for their next international funding support.

  • Day 0 – Arrival
  • Day 1 – University Visit
  • Day 2 – Lecture on Technology, Cultural Workshop (Yukata, Calligraphy)
  • Day 3 – Industrial Visit, Student Presentation
  • Day 4 – Public Library, Sub-Way Museum, Tokyo Metropolitan Building
  • Day 5 – Free time
  • Day 6 – Departure to Indonesia

The schedule could potentially be subject to alterations as a result of arrangements made with our partner university.
