Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is pleased to share an exclusive opportunity from Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), Malaysia.

The ASEAN Student Experiential Mobility Programme (ASEMO @ UniKL 2026) invites students from selected ASEAN partner universities to participate in a cultural and academic mobility program under the theme:

“Experience Culture, Bridging the Region & Inspire the Future”

Program Period

16–18 November 2026
Location: Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia

Program Highlights

Day 1

Participants will enjoy:

  • Welcoming ceremony
  • City exploration around Kuala Lumpur
  • Dataran Merdeka
  • Bank Negara Museum & Art Gallery
  • Pasar Seni
  • Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC)

Day 2

Activities include:

  • Batu Caves excursion
  • Interactive Batik painting workshop
  • Cultural immersion activities
  • Evening visit to Bukit Bintang

Day 3

Participants will experience:

  • UniKL’s AI-powered 3D Avatar, KAiLA
  • AI Masterclass
  • Campus tour at UniKL Malaysian Institute of Information Technology (MIIT)
  • ASEAN Networking High Tea and Closing Ceremony

Participation Fee

USD 120 per student (Semi-funded Programme)

The fee includes:

  • Welcoming kit
  • Training materials
  • Workshops
  • Excursion transportation
  • Certificate of participation

International travel, accommodation, airport transfer, personal transportation, and insurance are not included.

Important Dates

  • Application Deadline: 16 October 2026 (or earlier if quotas are fulfilled)
  • Confirmation of Participation: 1 November 2026 (upon full payment)
  • Program Period: 16–18 November 2026

Eligibility (ITS Students)

Applicants must:

  • Be an active ITS student (Undergraduate or Postgraduate)
  • Be enrolled as a full-time student
  • Have good English communication skills
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Be able to cover participation fee and personal expenses not included in the program
