One ITS student selected for the Erasmus+ Global Exchange at Sapienza University of Rome (UniRoma) will receive Erasmus+ funding support.

The scholarship includes:

• Monthly Erasmus+ grant: up to €850 per month
• Travel support: according to Erasmus+ funding scheme
• Funding period: based on the approved mobility duration during the Spring 2027 semester

Please note that the Erasmus+ grant is managed directly by the host university and will be distributed according to the host institution’s funding procedures.

Field of Study at UniRoma:
All fields are open except Faculty of Medicine.

Eligibility:

• ITS Undergraduate Students (Batch 2024)
• ITS Master’s Degree Students (Batch 2024)
• Students must be nominated by ITS

Nomination Information:

• ITS may nominate up to 2 students
• Only 1 Erasmus+ grant is available for Indonesia

Timeline:

• October 5, 2026 | 12.00 WIB – Application Deadline
• October 8, 2026 | Interview (upon invitation)
• October 15, 2026 | Nomination Deadline to UniRoma

Application Requirements

Applicants must prepare the following documents:

• Motivation Letter (max. 2 pages)
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Europass format
• Official Academic Transcript in English
• Passport Copy – information page, valid for at least 18 months
• English Proficiency Certificate (choose one):
  IELTS ≥ 6.5
  TOEFL ITP ≥ 500
  EFL from UPT Bahasa ITS only: EFL results from other institutions will not be accepted
• Recommendation Letter from 1 lecturer
• Learning Agreement – ITS Form and UniRoma form
• Statement Letter from Head/Secretary/Head of Study Program or Department – ITS Form
• GCW Certification
• Parent’s Support Letter (for undergraduate students) or Personal Financial Commitment Letter (for master’s students if applicable), stating awareness of the program and willingness to provide additional financial support if needed

   • Save all documents as PDF files.
   • Combine all documents into one .zip or .rar file.
