Data Analysis Competition (DAC) 2026 – Registration Now Open

The Statistics Student Association of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (HIMASTA-ITS) proudly presents the Data Analysis Competition (DAC) 2026, an international competition for undergraduate students across the Asia-Oceania region. As part of Pekan Raya Statistika (PRS) 2026, the competition aims to foster participants’ analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through real-world financial risk challenges.

This year’s competition carries the theme “Visionary Solvency: The Art of Matching Asset Agility with Long-Term Claim Resilience”, inviting participants to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights while competing with students from universities across the Asia-Oceania region.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate students (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree).
• Participants must be enrolled at a university in the Asia-Oceania region.
• Each team must consist of two students from the same university.

• Registration Batch 1                  : 5 July 2026 – 23 July 2026
• Registration Batch 2                  : 25 July 2026 – 7 August 2026
• Registration Batch 3                  : 9 August 2026 – 17 August 2026
• Preliminary Technical Meeting : 19 August 2026
• Preliminary Round                     : 21 August 2026 – 30 August 2026
• Finalist Announcement             : 20 September 2026
• Final Technical Meeting             : 27 September 2026
• Final Round                                 : 2–4 October 2026

Registration Fee

• Batch 1: IDR 100,000
• Batch 2: IDR 120,000
• Batch 3: IDR 140,000
• International Participants: FREE
