HZ University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands, is pleased to announce that applications for the Fall 2026 Semester Exchange Program (August 2026 –  January 2027) are now open!

Key Details:

  • Tuition Fee: Waived
  • Student Responsibilities: Learning materials, quarantine (if required), accommodation, living expenses, round-trip flight tickets, and travel insurance.

  • Students must take a minimum of 22.5 ECTS and a maximum of 35 ECTS. Ensure you maximize your credit transfer opportunities.

Estimated Expenses:

  • Train Ticket (Amsterdam – Vlissingen): ~€64 (return trip). Check Dutch Railways for details.
  • Accommodation: €400 – €400/month (Housing Info)
  • Second-hand Bike: €75 – €200
  • Food & Personal Expenses: €0 – €300/month
  • Restaurant Dinner (Excl. Drinks): €20 – €50
  • Soft Drink/Beer (Bar/Restaurant): ~€3
  • Bus Ticket: ~€3 per zone
  • Mobile Phone (Prepaid): ~€50 (basic phone) / €5-10 (SIM card)

Eligibility:

  • ITS Undergraduate (S1) Students from Batch 2023 and 2024
  • ITS Master’s (S2) Students who have completed at least one semester

Required Documents:

  1. CV (Max. 2 pages)
  2. English-translated University Transcript (GPA ≥2.75/4.0)
  3. Passport Copy (Valid for at least one year from Jan 2022)
  4. English Proficiency Test Score: TOEFL/EFL/TEFL min. 477 (TOEFL prediction accepted; screenshot from UPT Bahasa NOT accepted)
  5. Motivation Letter (Max. 2 pages)
  6. Statement Letter (Download Here)
  7. Learning Agreement (ITS Version) (Download Here)
    • Must be signed by the applicant & advisor/Head of Department
    • Institutional Coordinator section may be left blank
  8. Certificate of Enrollment
  9. Certificate of GCW Non-Degree (Min. Grade C) or GCW Non-Degree Test Score ≥80
  10. Parental Statement Letter (in Bahasa) confirming financial and mental support. No specific format required.

Incomplete applications will NOT be processed.

  • Submit your application via: ITS Study Abroad Form
  • All documents must be in PDF format and combined into a single .zip/.rar file
  • After submission, send a confirmation email to studyabroad@its.ac.id with the subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_HZUAS_NAME_NRP”
  • Deadline: 27 April 2026 (09:00 WIB)
  • Interview Date: 29 April 2026
