ETU “LETI” (Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University) invites master’s students from ITS to join its International Student Exchange Program for Spring Semester 2026.

Available Master’s Programs (in English):

Key Details:

Semester Dates: Early February – Late June 2026
Tuition: Waived for ITS students
Costs: Students cover airfare, visa, accommodation, meals, living expenses, and insurance
Dormitory: Guaranteed, approx. $40/month
Medical Insurance: Required (can be arranged upon arrival)

Visa: Apply individually at the nearest Russian Embassy after receiving ETU “LETI” invitation
Dormitory: Guaranteed for all exchange students
- Cost: ~$40/month (meals excluded)
- Pay within 2 weeks of arrival

Medical Insurance

Must be valid for Saint Petersburg until the end of registration
Can be purchased upon arrival with assistance from ETU “LETI” staff

Eligibility:

ITS master’s students
CGPA: ≥ 4.0 out of 5
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 79 (or equivalent)

GCW Certificate or Test Result
- GCW Non-Degree/IUP Basic/IUP Advanced (Min. C) OR Test Score (Min. 80 points)
Parental Statement Letter (in Bahasa, no format required)
