National Changhua University of Education (NCUE), Taiwan, Student Exchange Program Fall Semester 2025

We are pleased to announce that National Changhua University of Education (NCUE), Taiwan, is now accepting applications for its Student Exchange Program for the Fall Semester 2025.

Program Period:
September 2025 – January 2026 (One semester)

Program Benefits:

• Tuition waived at NCUE for nominated students (subject to the MoA quota between ITS and NCUE)

• Transcript and certificate will be issued upon completion

• Course options include Mandarin classes and other academic courses available at NCUE

• Undergraduate students (minimum 3rd year) may take master-level courses with prior approval

Eligibility (ITS Students):

• S1 (Bachelor): batch 2022 and 2023

• S2 (Master) and S3 (Doctoral): All academic years

• Must have good English proficiency

Required Documents:

• Application Form (Form 1)

• Statement of Purpose (Form 2)

• Financial Statement and Certification (Form 3)

• Survey of Applicant’s Chinese Language Background (Form 4)

• Curriculum Vitae (CV)

• Official Academic Transcript in English (GPA ≥ 3.0)

• Valid Passport (minimum one year validity)

• English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL/IELTS/iBT/EFL ITS – minimum score: 477 / 6.0)
  Note: EFL from Dirpendik is not accepted

• Recommendation Letter from Academic Advisor

• Certificate of Enrollment

  Note: Signed by Head of Department; leave Institutional Coordinator section blank

• Statement Letter (Download from http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange)

• Passport-style Photo (.jpg)

• Certificate or Test Result of GCW Non-Degree (Minimum: Grade C or Score 80)

• Statement Letter from Parents (in Bahasa Indonesia) confirming full financial and mental support to participate in the program (no specific format required)
