Virtual CommTECH Exploration 2026 is a short program aimed to introduce various interesting topics on Technology & Cultural in ITS and Indonesia, to participants from all over the world. In this edition, participants also will explore innovations and students activities at our campus, presented by ITS Students

The program is also enriched with art & cultural activities such as traditional music, dance, foods and many more. At the end of the program, participants will present their creative ideas in Virtual Project Exhibition

CommTECH Exploration 2026 will be conducted every 18.30 – 21.30 WIB / GMT +7 from Monday, 5 January 2026 until Friday 16 January 2026

This program consists of  10 (ten) meetings with detail as follow:

Week 1 (5-9 January 2026)

(1) Monday, 5 January 2026 – Opening Ceremony, Managing Students Activities in ITS  & Virtual Campus Tour
(2) Tuesday, 6 January 2026 – Managing Students Club in ITS,  Virtual Surabaya City Tour,
(3) Wednesday, 7 January 2026 – Fun Bahasa Class,  Region/Local Communities in ITS
(4) Thursday, 8 January  2026 – Journalistic Club, Automative Students Innovations
(5) Friday, 9 January 2026 –  Sports Club, Robotic Students Innovations (1)

Week 2 (12-16 January 2026)

(1) Monday, 12 January 2026  : Robotic Students Innovations (2),  Sustainability Club
(2) Tuesday, 13 January 2026: ITS Students Innovations/Best ITS Students Presentations & ITS Ambassador
(3) Wednesday, 14 January 2026 : ITS Global Engagement Students Volunteer, Project Announcement
(4) Thursday, 15 January 2026 : Virtual Presentation / Project Exhibition
(5) Friday, 16 January 2026 : Closing Ceremony

Non-Indonesian active bachelor, master & doctoral students from any background, non academic staff, lecturers & professors  are eligible for joining the program. International students who are currently studying in Indonesia are not eligible for this program

All the participants can get certificate of participation after completion of the program. The winner of project awarding also will got additional certificate and gift from ITS.
