To achieve strategic goals as a derivative of the ITS Vision – Mission, includes Transformation
Organization, Excellent Achievement and Contribution of National and Reputable World Class University, ITS develops a strategy map as shown in Figure 4.2

The following are details of 4 strategies of ID 4.0 (Fig 4.3):

  • Internal Enhancement (agile organization development; innovative human resources development; strategic financial transformation and infrastructure development)
  • digital transformation (integrated ICT platform & big data development)
  • innovation development (high impact research & innovation development; future education ecosystem development)
  • international reputation (enhancing global engagement; generating excellent & contributive outcomes)
