Exchange for ITS Students

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) invites students to apply for an exchange program at Eskişehir Technical University (ESTU), Türkiye — located in one of the country’s most vibrant student cities, offering a strong international academic environment and affordable living.

February – June 2027

ESTU provides opportunities to study for one or two semesters without tuition fees (subject to acceptance by the host department), along with rich academic, social, and cultural experiences.

Application Information 

  • Tuition Fee: Waived

  • Eligibility:

    • ITS Diploma/S1 students from batch 2024

Required Documents:

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  2. Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages)

  3. Learning Agreement (Download at bit.ly/its-student-exchange)

    • Must be signed by the academic/department coordinator

    • Leave the “Institutional Coordinator” section blank

  4. Academic Transcript (English version)

  5. Valid English Proficiency Certificate

    • TOEFL IBT 80 /IELTS 6.5 minimum / TOEFL ITP/TEFL 547

    • Screenshots or prediction tests are not accepted

  6. One Recommendation Letter from an Academic Advisor

  7. Scanned Valid Passport (valid at least until February 2027)

  8. Statement Letter (Download at bit.ly/its-student-exchange)

  9. GCW Certificate:

  • GCW Non-Degree (minimum grade C)

  • OR GCW IUP Basic / Advanced

  • OR GCW Non-Degree Test Result (minimum score 80)

  1. Parent Support Letter, signed, indicating awareness and full support of the program participation

Incomplete or late applications will not be processed.
