Eligibility and Academic Requirements
- Open to ITS undergraduate students from Batch 2024
- Students must enroll in 20–35 ECTS credits
- English proficiency minimum CEFR B2 level
- Health insurance covering the entire exchange period is mandatory
- Students may select courses from a maximum of two faculties
- Diploma and undergraduate students are expected to maximize opportunities for credit transfer
- Courses previously completed at ITS cannot be retaken
- Only Spring Semester courses may be selected

All documents must be prepared in PDF format and compiled into one ZIP/RAR file before submission.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- One-page Motivation Letter (Times New Roman 12 pt, margins 3 cm)
- Clearly state the intended department/faculty at SGGW
- Confirmation of Active Student Status
- Preferably indicating the expected graduation date
- Official Academic Transcript (English version)
- Certificate of Enrollment
- Passport Information Page Scan
- Passport validity minimum one year
- English Proficiency Certificate (original document)Accepted minimum scores:
- TOEFL ITP/EFL (UPT Bahasa ITS): 530
- IELTS: 6.5
- TOEFL iBT: 75
- Duolingo English Test: 100
- Other certificates equivalent to CEFR B2

- GCW Non-Degree Certificate, GCW IUP Certificate, or GCA Certificate (minimum grade C), or
- GCW Non-Degree Test Score (minimum 80)
For master’s degree applicants, an R2SEP certificate may be used as a substitute.
