Engineering Programs in Digital Technologies - Isep

 

Institut Supérieur d’Électronique de Paris (ISEP), France, invites partner universities to nominate students for the Spring Semester 2027 or the Full Academic Year 2026–2027 Exchange Program.

This exchange program provides students with the opportunity to experience academic life in Paris and to participate in ISEP’s international exchange community, particularly in the fields of engineering, electronics, and digital technologies.

Tuition Scheme

Tuition fees are waived for accepted exchange students under the institutional exchange agreement.


Estimated Student Expenses

Accepted students are responsible for covering personal expenses, including:

  • International round‑trip airfare
  • Accommodation (student residence or private housing)
  • Insurance and visa-related costs
  • Daily living expenses
  • Study and learning materials

Actual expenses may vary depending on individual living arrangements and lifestyle in Paris.

Eligibility

This program is open to ITS students in the following categories:

  • Diploma and Undergraduate (S1) students from Batch 2024

  • Master’s (S2) students who have completed at least one semester


Required Documents

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  2. One-page Study Plan (font: Times New Roman 12; margin: 3-3-3-3). Mention the intended department at ISEP

  3. Official Academic Transcript in English (minimum GPA: 3.00)

  4. Student ID or Certificate of Enrollment

  5. Passport information page (valid for at least one year)

  6. English Proficiency Certificate (original copy)

    • TOEFL ITP/EFL from UPT Bahasa (min. 530)

    • IELTS (min. 6.5)

    • TOEFL iBT (min. 75)

    • Duolingo (min. 100)

    • CEFR B2 equivalent
      Note: Screenshots or prediction results are not accepted.

  7. Statement Letter and Learning Agreement

  8. Passport-size photo that meets Schengen/Poland visa requirements (check embassy website)

  9. GCW Non-Degree Certificate with minimum grade C, or GCW Non-Degree test result of at least 80

    • S2 applicants may submit an R2SEP certificate instead

  10. Parent Support Letter (in Bahasa Indonesia) confirming full financial and mental support for participation in the program (no specific format required)

Incomplete applications will not be processed.
