University of Ulsan (UoU) , South Korea  would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Spring 2027 (March – June 2027). The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their dormitory, learning materials and living expenses in Korea including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance

Program Period: March – June 2027
Tuition Fee: Waived
Costs Covered by Students: Dormitory, learning materials, living expenses, round-trip airfare, and travel insurance.

Admission Guidelines

Courses

Fee:

  • Registration Fee 100,000
  • Medical Insurance Fee 50,000 DB Insurance (Private Insurance)
  • Dormitory Fee 1,000,000 1 Semester
  • Dormitory Meal Plan (5 days a week) 750,000 Optional
  • Dormitory Meal Plan (6 days a week) 850,000 Optional

Eligibility

  • Open to ITS Students (D4/S1) batch 2024 from relevant departments with minimum GPA 3.2

  • Students must check available courses and apply for the same or a similar major as in ITS. All the colleges, departments(majors) can be found here and course information can be found here.

  • Credit Transfer: Students must take and transfer up to 20 SKS (compulsory, elective, and MBKM courses).

  • Can take 12–20 credits, including Korean Language courses.

  • Courses already taken at ITS cannot be retaken at UoU.


Estimated Living Expenses

Please refer to the official cost table from UoU for guidance.


Required Documents

  1. Official Academic Transcript in English (GPA ≥ 3.2) – original.

  2. Passport copy (valid at least 1 year).

  3. Certificate of Enrollment.

  4. English Proficiency Test: TOEFL/EFL (min 500), TOEIC, Duolingo, IELTS, or iBT.

  5. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (Download here) – signed by your Head of Department; leave the Institutional Coordinator section blank.

  6. Certificate of GCW Non-Degree (min C) or GCW Non-Degree Test Result (≥ 80).

  7. Study Plan

  8. Parent Support Letter – signed, stating awareness and financial support for participation.

  9. Formal photo (3.5 × 4.5 cm).

Note: Incomplete applications will not be processed.


Application Process

  1. Submit your application via ITS Study Abroad Form.

  2. Combine all documents into one PDF and compress into .zip or .rar format.

  3. After submission, email confirmation to: studyabroad@its.ac.id

  • Submission Deadline: 5 October 2026, 12:00 WIB
