Program Overview

Parul University, India, is offering an Exclusive Fully Funded International Exchange Program for partner universities.
Through this scheme, two (2) outstanding ITS students per semester will be selected to participate in Parul University’s flagship international exchange program.

This opportunity is extended in recognition of the strong academic collaboration and partnership between ITS and Parul University.


Scholarship Coverage

The Fully Funded Scholarship covers:

  • Round-trip international airfare
  • Visa application fees
  • On-campus accommodation
  • Daily meals
  • Local transportation, including airport pick-up and drop-off
  • Academic activities, cultural immersion programs, and enrichment activities

Academic and Cultural Experience

Selected students will:

  • Participate in academic activities hosted by Parul University
  • Engage in cultural immersion and international student programs
  • Interact with international peers in a multicultural learning environment
  • Experience dynamic campus life in India

Seat Availability

  • Two (2) seats are available per semester
  • If both nominated students prefer the same semester, suitable arrangements may be considered

Important note:
This scholarship is not applicable to students receiving the Erasmus+ Scholarship.


Eligibility

  • Applicants must be officially nominated by ITS
  • Open to motivated students with strong academic performance and communication skills
  • Final participation is subject to Parul University’s academic approval

Required Documents (PDF format)

  1. Learning Agreement

  2. CV (in English)

  3. Official transcript with ITS stamp and Directorate of Education signature (request via SIAKAD)

  4. Valid English proficiency certificate (choose one of the following):

    • TOEFL PBT ≥ 500 / iBT ≥ 35IELTS ≥ 5.0

    • TOEIC ≥ 580

    • DUOLINGO ≥ 100

    • TEFL ITS ≥ 500
      Note: TOEFL Prediction or Dirpendik scores are not accepted.

  5. Passport scan (valid until at least August 2027)

  6. Statement Letter: bit.ly/its-student-exchange
  7. Parent’s consent letter (in Bahasa Indonesia, confirming permission and financial responsibility)

  8. Screenshot of PDDIKTI profile (showing active student status)

  9. Certificate of Enrollment (request via SIAKAD)

  10. GCW/GCA Certificate (mandatory)

    • GCW Non-Degree Certificate (minimum grade: C) or test result (minimum score: 80)

    • S2 students may use Stamp4It certificate (minimum 3 stamps)

Incomplete or late submissions will not be processed.
All applicants must consult with their parents and bring the consent letter to the interview.

  • Submit your application via this form.

  • Upload all documents in PDF format in a single .zip/.rar file.

  • After submitting the form, send a confirmation email to studyabroad@its.ac.id with the subject:

    “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_Parul_NAME_NRP”
