INSA Lyon, France, is now accepting applications for the Student Exchange Fall 2026 semester (September 2026 – January 2027). This exchange program offers a chance to study at one of France’s top engineering schools while experiencing academic and cultural life in Lyon.

Academic Requirements
Open for ITS Students Batch 2023 & 2024 (undergraduate) and 2024 (master)
To complete your course simulation or learning agreement, students must:
- Select one main department (mandatory) and an optional minor department
- Take at least 60 percent of total scientific ECTS credits from the main department
- Enroll in only one or two courses from the minor department
- Take a maximum of 30 ECTS credits per semester
Housing and Meals
- On-campus accommodation is available. Complete the Housing Application for Exchange Students and submit it with your MoveON application.
- A catering package is available for registration at this link.

Required Documents
Prepare the following documents in PDF format before submission:
- Official academic transcript (minimum CGPA 3.0)
- Valid English proficiency certificate:
- TOEFL ITP/EFL (UPT Bahasa ITS) minimum 500
- TOEFL iBT minimum 79 or IELTS minimum 6.0
- Letter of recommendation from your department
- Valid passport (must be valid for at least one year before expiration)
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Motivation letter
- Statement letter (download from this link)
- ITS learning agreement (download from this link)
- Must be signed by the applicant and academic advisor/head of department
- The institutional coordinator section can be left blank
- Certificate or test result of GCW Non-Degree (minimum C or 75)
- Parental support letter (signed by parents, confirming financial and personal support – no format required)
Important: Incomplete applications will not be processed.
