Dear ITS Students,

National Central University (NCU), Taiwan is now accepting applications for the Fall Semester 2026 Exchange Program (August – December 2026).

Tuition Fee: Waived
Expenses Covered by Students: Learning materials, dormitory, living costs, roundtrip flight ticket, and travel insurance.
Important: Students must check Taiwan’s entry regulations before applying.

Eligibility

This program is open to ITS students who meet the following criteria:

Diploma/S1: Batch 2023 & 2024
S2: Completed at least 1 semester
S3: All batches

Accommodation

On-campus dormitory: Limited availability; results released at the beginning of each semester.
Off-campus housing: Student Buddy support available.
Estimated cost: NTD 3,000–6,000/month

Medical Insurance

Required: NTD 3,000/semester or NTD 6,000–8,000/year
Can be waived with valid insurance from home country

NCU Course Selection System
Please select Spring semester only.
Diploma & S1 students must take transferable courses with maximum credit transfer opportunity.

Prepare the following documents in PDF format and compile them into one .zip/.rar file:

Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Certificate of Enrollment
Official Academic Transcript (English, min GPA 2.75)
Recommendation Letter from Academic Advisor
Student ID Scan
Passport Info Page (valid for at least 1 year)
Head Photo (JPEG, passport standard)
Valid English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL/IELTS/iBT or TEFL/EFL min score 477)
Screenshots or prediction test results are not accepted

GCW Non-Degree Certificate (min. grade C) or GCW Test Result (min. score 80)
Not required for S2 & S3 applicants

Note: Incomplete applications will not be processed by the Mobility Team.

Parental Support

Students must consult with their parents regarding financial readiness.
During the interview, please submit a Statement Letter from your parents (in Bahasa) confirming their full support (financial and emotional).
