Dear ITS Students,
University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), Canada, is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Fall Semester 2026 Exchange Program (late August–December 2026).
Students from ITS have the opportunity to participate in this program and apply for the Canada-ASEAN SEED Scholarship during their exchange. Selected students must also comply with entry regulations set by the Government of Canada.
Successful applicants may receive funding of up to CAD 10,200 for one semester. The scholarship can be used to cover expenses such as:
Visa fees
Airfare
Accommodation
Other related costs
Important:
Scholarship funds are typically disbursed around Week 5 of the academic semester, so students must prepare initial funds independently.
Please ensure you review current vaccination and quarantine regulations before travel.

All credits must be transferred to MBKM courses (compulsory or elective)

Scanned passport (valid at least 1 year from 1 Sept 2026)
Recommendation letter from Academic Advisor / Head of Department
Must use ITS letterhead
Should explain study/research relevance and benefits to student & ITS
Letter of Intent (max. 2 pages, English/French)
Explain contribution to SDGs 2030 Agenda, poverty reduction, ASEAN development gap, and career impact
