We’re excited to announce an incredible opportunity for you to participate in the International Summer University (ISU) 2026 at Hochschule Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences in Germany! This program offers a unique chance to gain international experience, explore sustainability topics, and immerse yourself in German culture.

Program Overview

• Dates: May 26 (arrival day) to June 20 (departure day), 2026.

  • 1) Sustainable and Climate-Friendly Societies: Energy Policy, Management & Engineering
  • 2) Sustainable Supply Chains

Program Fee & Scholarships

• Regular Fee: €2,400
• Special Partner Rate: €1,350 (for ITS students).
• What’s Included:
  • Accommodation in Darmstadt and Berlin
  • All scheduled company visits, excursions, and cultural activities
  • Public transportation ticket
  • Health, accident, and liability insurance

Scholarship Opportunity:

• Three €500 scholarships are available for ITS students. If more than three students participate, the total amount can be split among them.

• Additional Costs: Selected participants must shoulder expenses not included in the program fee, such as:
  • Flight tickets
  • Visa fees
  • Meals and personal expenses
  • Other miscellaneous costs
• Ensure you meet Germany’s entry regulations and plan your funding accordingly.

Eligibility

This program is open to Diploma, Bachelor, and Master students at ITS.

How to Apply

Prepare the following documents for nomination:

1. CV (with photo, birth date, department, email, and phone number).
2. Latest Official Academic Transcript (English version).
3. Valid English Proficiency Test:
   • TOEFL/TEFL/EFL (min. 477) or IELTS (min. 6.0).
   • Screenshots or TOEFL predictions are not accepted.
4. Scanned Valid Passport (valid for at least one year).
5. Short Motivation Letter (in English). Address the following:
   • Why do you want to join this program?
   • What’s your interest in the subject?
   • How does this program relate to your studies?
   • What skills/knowledge do you bring to the program?
6. Statement Letter (download from this link).
7. Parental Support Letter (signed by your parents, acknowledging their awareness and financial support for the program).
8. Certificate of GCW Non-Degree/GCW IUP Basic or Advanced/GCA (minimum grade C).

Submission Guidelines:

• Submit your application via this form: https://its.id/studyabroadITS.
• Compile all documents into one .zip/.rar file.
• After submitting, send a confirmation email to studyabroad@its.ac.id with the subject:
  “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_HDaSUP_NAME_NRP”.
• Application Deadline: 2 March 2026 (09.00)
• Interview: 5 March 2026
