ETU “LETI”, Russia, Semester Exchange Spring 2026

ETU “LETI” (Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University) invites master’s students from ITS to join its International Student Exchange Program for Spring Semester 2026.

Why Join?

Available Master’s Programs (in English):

·         New Generation of Electronics Component Base

·         Quantum Electronics and Photonics

·         Bioengineering Systems and Technologies of Rehabilitation and Prosthetics​

·         Technology Innovation Management

Key Details:

  • Semester Dates: Early February – Late June 2026
  • Tuition: Waived for ITS students
  • Costs: Students cover airfare, visa, accommodation, meals, living expenses, and insurance
  • Dormitory: Guaranteed, approx. $40/month
  • Medical Insurance: Required (can be arranged upon arrival)

Visa & Housing

  • Visa: Apply individually at the nearest Russian Embassy after receiving ETU “LETI” invitation
  • Dormitory: Guaranteed for all exchange students
    • Cost: ~$40/month (meals excluded)
    • Pay within 2 weeks of arrival

Medical Insurance

  • Must be valid for Saint Petersburg until the end of registration
  • Can be purchased upon arrival with assistance from ETU “LETI” staff

Eligibility:

  • ITS master’s students
  • CGPA: ≥ 4.0 out of 5
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 79 (or equivalent)

  • Academic Transcript (English)
  • English Proficiency Certificate IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 79 (or equivalent), TEFL also acceptable
  • CV
  • Passport Copy
  • Recent Digital Passport Photo
  • Scanned Passport (Valid for at least 1 year)
  • Official University Transcript
  • Certificate of Enrollment
  • Current Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Motivation Letter
  • Recommendation Letter from Academic Advisor
  • Statement Letter (Download Here)
  • Learning Agreement (Download Here) – Signed only by Head of Department (Leave the Institutional Coordinator section blank)
  • GCW Certificate or Test Result
    • GCW Non-Degree/IUP Basic/IUP Advanced (Min. C) OR Test Score (Min. 80 points)
  • Parental Statement Letter (in Bahasa, no format required)

How to Apply

  • Application Deadline: 12 November 2025 (09:00 AM)
  • Interview Date: 14 November 2025

  2. Combine all documents into one (.zip/.rar) file
  3. After submission, send a confirmation email to studyabroad@its.ac.id with the subject:
