Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS), Netherlands, is pleased to open applications for the Spring 2026 exchange semester (February – July 2026) for Information Technology & Computer Science. This program is open for ITS students from Diploma (D4) and Undergraduate (S1) batch 2023.

Program Period
February – July 2026

Tuition Fee Waived (free).
Students are responsible for:

• Roundtrip flight ticket

• Visa and travel insurance

• Dormitory and living expenses

• Learning materials

• Quarantine (if applicable)

Students must regularly check the updated travel regulations to enter the Netherlands.

About the Program

Eligibility

• Open to ITS Diploma/S1 students from batch 2023

• Students must apply to the Faculty of Technology

• Required to take 25–30 ECTS and transfer at least 10 SKS

• Courses already taken at ITS cannot be repeated

Required Documents
All documents must be in PDF format and combined into one .zip or .rar file:

1. CV (Europass format recommended)

2. Motivation Letter (1 page, A4, Arial 11, margins 3-3-3-3)

3. Academic transcript in English

4. Learning Agreement – Download Template
   (Signed by student and department advisor/head. Leave institutional coordinator section blank.)

5. English proficiency certificate (minimum TOEFL ITP 477 or equivalent english proficiency certification)

6. Passport copy (valid for at least 1 year prior to the starting date of the program)

7. Recommendation letter from academic advisor

8. Statement letter – Download here

9. Certificate or test result of GCW (min. C or score ≥ 80)

10. Parental support letter in English, signed by parent, including confirmation of financial support – no format required
