Certificate of Enrollment (in English)
Official Academic Transcript (in English)
Two Recommendation Letters (from your department)
Scanned Passport (info page + all blank pages, valid for at least one year)
English Proficiency Certificate:
TOEFL/IELTS/iBT, or
EFL ITS ≥ 500
IUP students may submit a letter from the department confirming English as the medium of instruction

Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (valid for 6 months)
GCW Certificate or GCW Test Result (Grade C or ≥ 80)
