Dear ITS Students,

We are pleased to inform you that Myongji University (MJU), South Korea, is now accepting applications for the Fall 2025 Semester Exchange Program, which will be held from August – December 2025.

Program Overview

  • Tuition Fee: Waived

  • Other Expenses: Students are responsible for their learning materials, dormitory, living expenses, round-trip airfare, and insurance.

  • Note: Students must check and comply with Korea’s latest entry regulations.

Academic Information

Course Enrollment Notes

  1. Non-business and non-art majors cannot enroll in business or art courses during the first course registration period. Business majors may enroll in courses across all departments except art.

  2. Only art majors may enroll in art courses.

  3. Students wishing to enroll in Architecture and Building Science courses must:

    • Be enrolled in a similar major at ITS.

    • Have completed any required prerequisites.

    • Be from a university accredited in Architecture/Architectural Engineering.

  4. Incorrect course registration will be followed up by email within 1–2 business days.

Credit Transfer

ITS students must enroll in and transfer up to 20 SKS, including compulsory, elective, and MBKM courses.

Required Documents

All documents must be in PDF format and submitted in a single .zip or .rar file:

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  2. Learning Agreement (Download: bit.ly/its-student-exchange)

    • To be signed by your Head of Department/Academic Coordinator. Leave the Institutional Coordinator section blank.

  3. Official Academic Transcript (in English)

  4. Valid English Proficiency Certificate:

    • Minimum score: TOEFL ITP 477, iBT 79, IELTS 5.5, Duolingo 90

    • Not accepted: Screenshots, TOEFL from Dirpendik, TOEFL Prediction results

  5. Financial Statement (official document from bank only)

    • Minimum balance: $6,000 USD (one semester) or $12,000 USD (one year)

    • Submit scanned version at first; original must be submitted after internal selection

  6. Scanned Passport (valid until at least February 2026)

  7. Statement Letter (Download: bit.ly/its-student-exchange)

  8. Digital Passport-size Photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm, white background, recent photo)

  9. GCW Certificate (Non-Degree/IUP Basic/IUP Advanced/GCA – minimum grade C)

  10. Korean Language Proficiency Certificate (optional)

  11. Parent Support Letter (signed, stating their awareness and full support of your participation – no format required)

Incomplete applications will not be processed.
