Dear ITS Students,

INSA Strasbourg, France, is now accepting applications for the Student Exchange Fall 2025 semester (September 2025 – January 2026). This exchange program offers a unique opportunity to study at one of France’s top engineering schools while experiencing academic and cultural life in Strasbourg.

Program Details

Tuition Fees: Waived
Expenses Covered by Students:
- Roundtrip flight ticket
- Accommodation and living costs
- Learning materials
- Visa fees and insurance
- Facility fees

Academic Requirements

Courses: INSA Strasbourg Study Programs
Most courses are conducted in French, with a growing number of courses available in English: Courses in English
Students must choose courses from only one study field per semester (e.g., all courses in Civil Engineering Semester 8).

Required Documents

All documents must be prepared in PDF format before submission:

Official academic transcript (minimum CGPA 3.0)
Valid English proficiency certificate:
- TOEFL ITP/EFL (UPT Bahasa ITS) minimum 500
- TOEFL iBT minimum 79 or IELTS minimum 6.0
Letter of recommendation from your department
Valid passport (must be valid for at least one year before expiration)
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Motivation Letter
Statement Letter (Download here)
ITS Learning Agreement (Download here)
- Must be signed by the applicant and academic advisor/head of department
- The institutional coordinator section can be left blank
Certificate or test result of GCW Non-Degree (minimum C or 80)
Parental Support Letter (signed by parents, confirming financial & personal support – no format required)
