Dear ITS Students,

INSA Lyon, France, is now accepting applications for the Student Exchange Fall 2025 semester (September 2025 – January 2026). This exchange program offers a chance to study at one of France’s top engineering schools while experiencing academic and cultural life in Lyon.

Program Details

  • Tuition Fees: Waived.
  • Expenses Covered by Students:
    • Roundtrip flight ticket
    • Accommodation and living costs
    • Learning materials
    • Visa fees and insurance
    • Facility fees

Academic Requirements

To complete your course simulation or learning agreement, students must:

  • Select one main department (mandatory) and an optional minor department
  • Take at least 60 percent of total scientific ECTS credits from the main department
  • Enroll in only one or two courses from the minor department
  • Take a maximum of 30 ECTS credits per semester

Housing and Meals

  • On-campus accommodation is available. Complete the Housing Application for Exchange Students and submit it with your MoveON application.
  • A catering package is available for registration at this link.

Required Documents

Prepare the following documents in PDF format before submission:

  1. Official academic transcript (minimum CGPA 3.0)
  2. Valid English proficiency certificate:
    • TOEFL ITP/EFL (UPT Bahasa ITS) minimum 500
    • TOEFL iBT minimum 79 or IELTS minimum 6.0
  3. Letter of recommendation from your department
  4. Valid passport (must be valid for at least one year before expiration)
  5. Curriculum vitae (CV)
  6. Motivation letter
  7. Statement letter (download from this link)
  8. ITS learning agreement (download from this link)
    • Must be signed by the applicant and academic advisor/head of department
    • The institutional coordinator section can be left blank
  9. Certificate or test result of GCW Non-Degree (minimum C or 80)
  10. Parental support letter (signed by parents, confirming financial and personal support – no format required)

Important: Incomplete applications will not be processed.

How to Apply

  1. Submit your application through this form.
  2. Compile all required documents into one .zip or .rar file.
  3. After submission, send an email to studyabroad@its.ac.id with the subject:
    “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_INSA Lyon_NAME_NRP”

Deadline for submission: 9 April 2025 at 09.00 WIB
Interview date: 11 April 2025
