Southern Denmark University (SDU) is now accepting applications for its Autumn 2025 Semester Exchange at the Faculty of Engineering.

Program Details

• Duration: 1 September 2025– 31 December 2025 (Exams: January)
• Tuition Fee: Waived
• Student Responsibilities:
  • Learning materials
  • Accommodation & living expenses in Denmark
  • Round-trip flight ticket & travel insurance
  • Checking entry regulations for Denmark

Eligibility

• ITS students:
  • S1 (Batch 2022 & 2023)
  • S2 (Must have completed at least 1 semester)

📌 Important Notes:

• ITS students can only apply for the Faculty of Engineering.
• Available Courses:
  • Undergraduate (S1): Course List
  • Graduate (S2): Course List
• S1 students must take the maximum transferable credits.

Approximate expenses per month in Euros
Accommodation: approx. € 350 – 500 / month
Food: approx. € 250 – 350 / month
Public Transport: approx. € 50 / month
Others: approx. € 100 – 200 for books

2. University Transcript (English version, original)
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. Motivation Letter (Max. 2 pages, A4, Arial 11, margin 3-3-3-3) – Indicate your study area of interest
5. Passport Copy (Valid for at least 1 year)
6. SDU Language Requirement Form (signed by your Head of Department) + English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL PBT 500 / CBT 213 / iBT 80 / TOEIC 750 / IELTS 6.0)
   • Screenshots from UPT Bahasa or prediction test emails are NOT accepted
7. Recommendation Letter (From academic advisor)

   • Signed only by your Head of Department (leave Institutional Coordinator section blank).
10. GCW Non-Degree Certificate (Min. C) or GCW Result Test (Min. 80)

• S2 applicants may use an R2SEP certificate instead.

11. Parental Support Letter (In Bahasa Indonesia, signed by parents, No Format required)

• Must mention parental awareness and financial support for the program.

⚠️ Incomplete or late applications will NOT be processed.
