πŸ“Œ Important Notes for ITS Students

  • Select only Fall Semester courses.
  • Diploma & S1 students must maximize credit transfer opportunities.
  • Courses already taken at ITS cannot be retaken.
  • Students may select courses from a maximum of two different faculties.
  • Open for Batch 2022 & 2023 students.
  • Credit Load: Students must take between 20 to 35 ECTS credits.
  • English Proficiency Requirement: Minimum B2 Level.
  • Health Insurance: Mandatory for the entire exchange period.

πŸ“„ Required Documents (All in PDF format and compiled into a single .zip/.rar file)

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  2. One-page motivation letter (TNR 12, Margin 3,3,3,3) – Specify your intended exchange department.
  3. Confirmation of active student status (preferably with the planned graduation date).
  4. Original official academic transcript (English version, minimum GPA 3.0).
  5. Scanned student ID or certificate of enrollment.
  6. Scanned passport information page (valid for at least one year).
  7. Valid English proficiency certificate (original). Minimum scores:
    • TOEFL ITP/EFL from UPT Bahasa: 530
    • IELTS: 6.5 / TOEFL iBT: 75 / Duolingo: 100 / CEFR B2 Equivalent
    • Screenshots from the UPT Bahasa website or TOEFL prediction tests are NOT accepted.
  8. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (Download: http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange)
    • Get the Head of Department’s signature on the Coordinator Department section.
    • Leave the Institutional Coordinator section blank.
  9. Passport photo (Check Schengen/Poland visa requirements on the Polish Embassy website).
  10. GCW Non-Degree/GCW IUP/GCA Certificate (minimum C) OR GCW Non-Degree Test Score (minimum 80).
    • S2 applicants can replace this with an R2SEP certificate.
  11. Parental Support Letter (in Bahasa) – A signed statement confirming financial & mental support. (No specific format required.)
  12. Declaration of health insurance.
