Leadership in Community Development

What are hidden communities? This summer, explore often marginalized and difficult-to-access communities through the Temasek Foundation-National University of Singapore Leadership Enrichment and Regional Networking (TF-NUS LEaRN) Programme! Gain insights into these unseen pockets of society and learn how leadership can make a real impact in advancing their development.

As a participant, you will have the opportunity to:
✅ Learn about Singapore’s journey in three key focus areas: Greenery, Water, and Racial Harmony
✅ Meet hidden communities in Singapore and understand the role of different stakeholders in their development

✅ Network with young leaders from across Southeast Asia

📌 Attendance is mandatory for all sessions.

Full Sponsorship & Financial Support

💰 Programme fees & accommodation (~SGD 4,200) are fully sponsored by Temasek Foundation
💰 Receive S$1,500 to subsidize travel expenses

Eligibility & Application

📍 Open to all ITS students from all batches and degree programs with strong leadership potential.

Required Documents

All applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:

📌 CV
📌 Scanned passport information page (valid for at least one year from June 1, 2025)
📌 Scanned Student ID/Certificate of Enrollment
📌 Statement Letter (Download from: http://bit.ly/its-short-program)
📌 Essay on Leadership (must align with the program’s spirit and objectives)
📌 Scanned Parent’s Support Letter (must be signed by parents, mentioning financial and general support for participation in this program)
📌 GCW/GCA Certificate

  • All documents must be in PDF format and compiled into one (.zip/.rar) file.

2️⃣ Once submitted, you MUST send a confirmation email to studyabroad@its.ac.id using the following subject format:
