National Central University (NCU) Summer Program 2025

National Central University provides a summer program in line with its commitment to enriching global education.

The program features an intensive Chinese language curriculum through classroom lectures and cultural immersion activities. As part of the program, cultural trips are organized, allowing students to explore Taiwan’s vibrant culture and renowned attractions.

Certificate and Transcript

The NCU Summer Program is designed to be equivalent to:

  • 6-credit, 4-week program (equivalent to 108 hours)
    • Students who successfully complete the program will receive a transcript and a completion certificate from National Central University.

Program Fee

  • Course for 6 Credits: USD $2,000
  • Discount for ITS Students: USD $1,800

Housing & Living Cost

Housing:

  • Accommodations will be in an on-campus dormitory, with a usual setup of two individuals per room.
  • The final dormitory arrangement (single, double, or up to four-person occupancy) will be confirmed based on availability.

Living Cost:

  • Each meal is approximately USD $5.

This program is open to ITS students:

  • D4/S1 all batches and S2/S3 all batches

Required Documents:

  1. CV
  2. Scanned passport information page (valid for at least one year from June 1, 2025)
  3. Scanned Student ID/Certificate of Enrollment
  4. Statement Letter (Download from: http://bit.ly/its-short-program)
  5. If you wish to transfer credits, you must fill in the Learning Agreement form (Download from: http://bit.ly/its-short-program)
  6. Scanned Parent’s Support Letter (must be signed by parents, mentioning financial and general support for participation in this program)
  7. GCW/GCA Certificate

Application Procedure:

  1. Submit your application through this form: https://its.id/studyabroadITS
  2. All documents must be in PDF format and collected in one (1) .zip/.rar file.
  3. After submitting the Study Abroad Application Form, you must send an email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming your submission.
    • Email Subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_SummerSchoolNCU_NAME_NRP”

Application Deadline: 09.00, 11 March 2025
